Kale, Spinach & Feta Tart

We all know how good kale is for us, and its flavour in this recipe is very mild, I promise! It has other goodies too, such as spinach, eggs and Greek yoghurt. Whipped up in mere minutes, thanks to the Magimix Cook Expert.

  • 100g kale leave, no stalk
  • 100g baby spinach
  • 4 free range eggs
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • ½ tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tbs vegetable stock paste
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • 100g Greek feta
  • 100g grated tasty cheese
  • 30g pinenuts
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Grease a tart tin generously with butter.
  2. Place kale, spinach, eggs, basil, oregano and caraway in the large food processer bowl. Mix for 30 seconds. Add vegetable stock paste, olive oil, yoghurt and the cheeses. Process for another 5 seconds to combine.
  3. Pour into tart tin and top with pine nuts. Bake for 40 minutes, until golden and the egg has set. Serve hot or cold.
