Chocolate Chia Custard
A delicious chocolate custard recipe with the goodness of chia seeds. It’s also gluten free. All made in your Magimix Cook Expert.
- 60g rapadura sugar
- 5g cornflour
- 20g cacao powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 600g full cream milk
- 2g vanilla extract
- 30g chia seeds
- Place the sugar, cornflour, cacao, eggs, yolks, milk and vanilla in the thermal bowl. EXPERT / 10 minutes / speed 10 / 80 degrees / cap ON.
- Add chia seeds. EXPERT / 2 minutes / speed 10 / 0 degrees / cap ON.
- Allow to cool, store in the fridge.

So ridiculously easy, delicious and thanks to egg, milk and chia; arguably more nutritious than a lot of chocolate desserts.
