Cranberry & 5 Seed Gourmet Crackers
These crackers are full of nothing but healthy ingredients. They are gluten free, low carb, are loaded with good oils and gut friendly fibre. AND... they taste awesome too. #winning
- 100g dried cranberries
- 80g whole linseeds
- 70g green banana flour
- 60g vegetable stock paste
- 35g virgin olive oil
- 40g sunflower seeds
- 30g pepitas
- 25g chia seeds
- 15g sesame seeds
- Weigh all the ingredients into the large food processor bowl. Blend on speed 13, adding water, 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture forms a rough paste.
- Roll out between 2 sheets of baking paper so that you have 1 large sheet of dough. Leaving it on the bottom sheet of baking paper, slip it onto a baking tray and bake for 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven, break into pieces, and place them back on the baking tray, flipping them over so the bottom of the cracker is now facing up. Dry out in the oven for another 15-20 minutes, until the crackers are crispy. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
